Inksupply.com offers a 1-year free replacement warranty on select products. If these products fail to perform due to manufacturing defects, we will send you a replacement up to one year from the date of purchase.

In order to utilize the warranty, please contact us at support@inksupply.com with your order number and explain the defect. Once we determine that your product is defective, and whether it must be returned for inspection, we will send you a replacement at no cost. This warranty only covers exchange of defective products, and does not allow for returns or refunds beyond our normal 60 day warranty.

To qualify the product must:
• Have the 1 Year Replacement Seal on the product page at time of sale (tracked by our system for each order).
• Be within 1 year from the purchase date.
• Have a manufacturing defect.
• Fail to perform as designed when properly used.
• 80% of consumables products must be remaining.
• If required, be returned to Inksupply.com for inspection.

This additional warranty only covers products that are defective due to a defect in manufacturing as determined by Inksupply.com. Products that are found to have been; used incorrectly, improperly stored, intentionally or unintentionally damaged (example dropped, spilled, instructions not followed) will not be eligible for replacement.

Example of eligible product:
Toner cartridge that was both purchased within the last year and is covered by the 1 Year Defect Free Guarantee cannot be recognized by the printer due to a defective chip.

Example of ineligible product:
Toner cartridge that was both purchased within the last year and is covered by the 1 Year Defect Free Guarantee refuses to print after being exposed to water during a flood.
