We have begun to publish a series of videos to help with the use of our products. We plan to add to our video
library over the next few months. The following video clips are a sample of the video instructions we will be
offering, and will be updated as needed.
Please remember that these videos are designed to be a supplement and not a replacement for
the written instructions that are shipped with your product and found on our website. This means that the video may not
cover every step that is required to perform the installation, but instead will cover the more complicated aspects.
It is our hope that access to these video clips will allow you, our customer, to more effectivly install and use
our products.

SLC 2400 Cartridge Refill
This video clip demonstrates the process to fill or refill the new spongeless 2400 SLC cartridges. It is assumed that the
customer has purchased a needle, syringe as well as a SK168 if refilling.
Canon BCI Cartridge Refill
This video clip demonstrates the process to fill or refill Canon BCI cartridges. It is assumed that the
customer has purchased a needle, syringe and has a craft knife or needle to remove the plug from the cartridge.
Chip Replacement Procedure
This video clip demonstrate the chip replacement procedure for Epson cartridge. It is assumed that the
customer has purchased the correct replacement chip as well as a craft knife or one sided razor blade
to remove the chip.
SK168 Chip Reset Procedure
This video clip demonstrate the reset procedure for Epson desktop printers using a chip. It is assumed that the
customer has purchased a SK168 chip resetter.
CFS Vacuum Fill Procedure
This video clip demonstrate the vacuum fill procedure for virgin empty MIS CFC or CFS with tubes attatched. It is assumed that the
customer has purchased a vacuum pump and a virgin empty CFC or CFS.
TJet Transfer Demonstration
This video clip is a demonstration outlining the basic procedure of printing and pressing our TJet Heat Transfer Paper onto
a t-shirt using a clamshell heat press.
Viastone Paper Demonstration
This video clip is a demonstration of the durability and water resistance of our new ViaStone™ Matte paper.
