How it Works -
The cartridges are initially primed with ink and the tubes attached to the pressure feed bottle with ink in it.
Then when the carts are installed in the printer, the air pump in the printer pressurizes the ink bottle. This
feeds ink into the cartridge. The printer draws the ink from the cartridge, just like it would if there were
a bag of ink present. The cartridge never becomes empty as long as there is ink in the bottle.

Resetting -
The CFS for the 7800 and 9800 printer has Auto Reset chips on the cartridges. Resetting of the
Epson monitoring system is accomplished by lifting the ink lever, after the ink level signal falls below 5% full.

Individual CFS Cartridges -
For applications where one or two inks are more heavily used than others, just these positions can be set up with
Continuous Flow. Purchase the cartridges you need below. The inks are not included in this price. Select the
inks you wish to use below or use any Epson compatible inks of your choice. These cartridges will work with
dyebase, pigment, or dyesublimation inks.

Note 1: To avoid confusion with the different black inks, pay attention to the suffix on our part number.
K = Eboni Matte Black, MK = Universal Matte Black, PK = Photo Black, LK = Light Black, and LLK = Light-Light Black.
Our 9 ink inksets comes with Eboni Black (K) and Photo Black (PK).
Note 2: A hybrid Universal Black (MK) is available for those who do not want to change from Matte Black to Photo black when
changing from matte paper to glossy paper. However, the Universal Black does have some dye in it and is not as
archival as the matte black or photo black inks. Matte black Eboni is for matte papers, and photo black is for glossy papers.
