Affiliate Program Info

Since 1994 MIS (inksupply.com) has offered high quality inkjet printer inks, inkjet refill kits, inkjet cartridges, laser toner cartridges, fine art paper, and bulk feed systems. We offer Compatible and Remanufactured Cartridge as well as Bulk Ink and CFS Bulk Feed Systems with commissions of up to 15%. Our history and experience gives us higher conversion rates than the competition, and lower return rates.

With the number of consumers that use computers and printers today, Printer Supplies is a great choice to have in your ad inventory. Regardless of economic climate, Printers Still Use Ink, and the proof is in the sales. Right now Printer Supplies is one of the few markets that is still growing, and growing fast. With average orders of $125 and a commission of 15% on most products, there is a lot of potential for our affiliates.

Negative broad matches must be applied to all PPC activities you are conducting on our behalf on the word 'Inksupply.com' or 'Inksupply'.
No "Exact" match bidding on the term 'Inksupply' and derivatives of its spelling.
No "Term Misspelling" bidding on the term 'Inksupply' and derivatives of its spelling.
No match bidding on the term 'Inksupply'.
No bidding upon or targeting of the keyword 'Inksupply' and derivatives of its spelling for other competitive offerings, such as those offered 123Inkjets, 4inkjets, etc..
No contextual marketing efforts of any kind may be focused or targeted through a keyword match on the keyword 'Inksupply' and derivatives of its spelling.

Inksupply.com does not allow our affiliates to bid on the trademarked names of our online competitors such as 411inkjets.com, 4inkjets.com, 123inkjets.com, inksmile.com etc. Commissions from sales resulting in traffic sent to us by the illicit use of trademarked names will be cancelled.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement contains some of the terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an Affiliate in the Inksupply.com Affiliate Program and to the establishment of links from your Affiliate Web site to our Web site, "Inksupply.com". The Inksupply.com affiliate program is administered through Commission Junction and additionally is subject to your Publisher Agreement with Commission Junction. 

1. LICENSE
	a.	You acknowledge Inksupply.com' ownership in its Licensed Materials, agree that you will not do anything inconsistent with Inksupply.com' ownership and that all of your use of the Licensed Materials will inure to the benefit of and be on behalf of Inksupply.com, and agree to assist Inksupply.com in recording this Agreement with appropriate government authorities. You agree that nothing is this Agreement gives you any right, title or interest in the Licensed Materials other than the right to use the Licensed Materials in accordance with this Agreement. You also agree that you will not attack the title of Inksupply.com to the Licensed Materials or the validity of the Licensed Materials or this Agreement. 

	b.	You agree that the nature and quality of all services provided by you in connection with this Agreement and all related advertising and promotional uses shall conform to high standards of quality and will not impugn the goodwill of Inksupply.com or the Licensed Materials. You agree not to use the Licensed Materials in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays us in a negative light. 

	c.	You agree to not use, register or seek to register any trademark, service mark or domain name that contains the words "INKSUPPLY.COM", "INKSUPPLY", "MIS ASSOCIATES INC.", "MISINK" and "MIS" or any variations or misspelling of them, or is any way confusingly similar to "Inksupply.com". If you do, you agree to transfer the registrations, at your expense, to Inksupply.com at Inksupply.com' request and to cooperate by providing any information, signing any documents and providing appropriate authorizations necessary to accomplish the transfer. If you fail to cooperate, you hereby authorize Inksupply.com to sign appropriate documentation on your behalf in order to effect the transfer. 

2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
	a.	You are solely responsible for, and we have no liability for, the development, operation, or maintenance of your site, or for any materials contained on your site. 

	b.	You agree that your site will not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of our site, nor will you create the impression that your site is our site or is a part of our site, nor will you frame any page on the Inksupply.com Web site being viewed by a user of your site who links to the Inksupply.com Web site through a Link. 

	c.	You agree that your site does not currently contain and will not contain any content, or links to such material, that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violent. 

	d.	You agree that you or your Affiliate site will not use any form of mass email communication ("spam") as a marketing tool for the site or for any other purpose and that any email generated by you or your Affiliate site will conform in all respects with all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations and rules including the CAN-SPAM Act. 

	e.	When promoting Inksupply.com via external paid search engines, which may include, but are not limited to, entities such as Google and Overture, the following guidelines must be followed: (i) you must not give the impression that you are, or represent, Inksupply.com, through use of phrases such as 'Official Site'; (ii) you must not bid on select trademarks and brand names designated by Inksupply.com, including but not limited to: 'Inksupply.com' and 'Inksupply' or any derivation thereof; (iii) you must not engage in marketing practices that are illegal or violate the rights of any third party; and (iv) you must ensure that all copy used for search and keyword purposes is appropriate and 100% accurate and does not contain any claims that could be construed to be false or misleading. You agree that, following notice from Inksupply.com, you will promptly remove any search listing containing copy and/or creative components that Inksupply.com, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for any reason.
	
	f.	Affiliates whose only source of revenue is determined to be personal orders placed exclusively for themselves will have their accounts reviewed and are subject to termination. 

3. TERMINATION
	a.	The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or Inksupply.com may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn commissions on sales occurring during the term, and commissions earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the related Qualified Purchases are not cancelled or returned. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
